If you place an order with the wrong address or made a typo and the order is being returned to us, we will ask a Adjustment Fee with your correct shipping address to re-ship the package.
The Adjustment Fee applies to the following order issues as well:
- Wrong sized order with 3 to 5+ sizes difference from what was originally ordered.
- Customer-input errors with the order.
- Orders that need to be sent to different addresses.
- Lost, Missing, Stolen packages with local post signature confirming the issue.
