Please note that our production time is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Our items are crafted "on-demand" and it generally take 7 business days to be fully produced (printing, quality control, packaging, forwarding to logistics and sent forth to the post office). HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel or modify the order before our production team start working on it.
Please Note that it might not be possible to cancel your order after 24 hours since our team will most likely have started working on your items.
If you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made. Send us an email at support@innerartworld.com with your order number and the products you want to cancel/change and we'll be happy to do it.
